I didn't expect to love this series as much as I do now, and a friend and I would've been absolutely crushed if we'd only gotten one season. This has definitely made my day and I can't wait to watch more of my favorite chapters be animated. >w<

You know what? GOOD.
I'm highly enjoying this show. It's got decent characters, and interesting plot, and I'm very interested to see what happens next.
I like Shino, I love Murasame, and the interaction between Hamaji and that fox guy is hilarious.

I follow Hakkenden every week and I'm so happy to hear it's getting a second season. I thought it was pretty obvious considering how there's no buildup to something big yet....

Hopefully the second season will bring in more answers and pace.

This totally made my day. Now I'm hoping this can publicity can get the manga licensed. (Not that getting a second season has helped other shows like Kuroko no Basuke or Chihayafuru)
