Happy to see they kept the original artstyle instead of changing to the new LN artstyle.

thank god its an actual second season and not a remake, dont get me wrong a remake would have been fine but this is better

and the fact that the studio has already completed some of the animation already shows it will be released pretty soon probably during the fall or winter season of this year

why people think the season was going to be a remake? Japan rarely make any remakes unless it's super classic.

The first announcements about a new season indicated a reboot of the series with new character designs. Evidently that wasn't true. I'm looking forward to more Houki and Yamada-sensei, not to mention the doujins that will be following a new season.

The 'reboot' was never about the anime.

It was about the novels moving to a different publisher (OVERLAP) with revamped character/mechanical designs by a different artist.

It's entirely redundant to 'reboot' the anime when the story is exactly the same, just with slightly different character designs and illustrations,
