You know what would be cool? Physical copies in America. Right? Right?! ....It's not going to happen, is it?

^ A physical release? We in the states would be lucky to just receive a digital release. I mean, what major retailer actively carries psp games, besides those mom-and-pop stores and that lucky tiny shelf in gamestop.

As a fan I'm crossing my fingers. That limited release that came to the states for the last game was pretty awesome. But I would still be tempted to get a digital version as well, cause I hate the disk reading in the psp, it's obnoxious.

The first game was released here by Aksys, which is basically the only company that still releases physical PSP games over here (they released another Hakuoki PSP game last month). According to vgchartz, the first game sold better here than it did in Japan. I wouldn't overlook the possibility of a physical release yet.

^Hm, I was hesitant in pulling vgchartz as a reference. I don't think anyone in the threads confirm those numbers are fake. Selling "fairly well" certainly doesn't sound like the right words for those high numbers though. Wouldn't surprise me if the numbers are way off.

Still, given that Aksys continues to release PSP games I think there is a decent chance of a physical release.

Great, these kind of numbers only encourage Type Moon to abandon their creative thinking and continue to milk the Fate franchise for all it's worth. I don't think that's necessarily too bad, but they really ought to try to branch out some because I think they have the talent to put out extraordinary, new franchises.

So you're not interested in what the creators actually come up with, but just the character they made? And you wont partake in anything that dosen't have that character?

ok...

I guess, seems pretty dumb to me. Then again I guess I don't get Saber, she was possibly the weakest character in Fate Zero.

Characters are the most important thing to me in the medium, yes. If there aren't characters I like then I won't enjoy something.

And with Saber, she's one of my top 3 characters in all of the anime/manga/ln/vn culture. I've got 3 of her figurines, a mousepad, and a wallscroll... so if they get rid of her I'd be pretty pissed.

Heh, good luck on that. The after market price of the figures without the games are the same as the box releases brand new. Not unusual for them to go for around 10,000 yen, especially Saber Lily.
