It dropped, but rating should be above 4.0. No issue.

You can't? Video Research only publishes top 10 lists. And I heard that since January 2013, people can't find the ratings of TV programs easily anymore. There was always someone, who posted the rating of late night anime in 2ch threads; this has stopped since January.

Indeed.

But there is site that has been gathering the rating for most anime since 2000, once this first half of 2013 is over, we will see ratings for most anime there.

Oh wow, had no idea the Japanese liked Shaun the Sheep so much. 4.0 is defined these days as a "guaranteed hit" for a locally-made series in Japan, so what would that translate to for an import?

Shaun has been in the top 10 consistently, although it dropped out for the last 2 weeks. It's amusing nice to see it back.

A thing that the West excels at, it's good unadulterated young kids shows that won't be co-opted by adults; s'why many J-kids enjoy as it is, something they're not used to.
