Just so you guys know, this version is pretty much pointless. They cut out the H-scenes to "reach a bigger audience". So, God knows what else they cut out. Imagine if they did that with an ecchi anime. Anyway... whatever.

That's the big problem there. No one knows what they actually removed and didn't remove. Its pure speculation that this game was gutted.... And nothing else. A lot of ignorant hate.

Wrong. They personally stated that they removed the following: 1. All H-Scenes. 2. Kissing scenes were censored to not show lips touching or tongue. 3. All sexual jokes were removed or replaced. 4. All nudity was removed or censored. You can read the full interview with MoeNovel producer. Just search for it on google. |

Seriously? Kissing was censored? WTF? I entered the contest because free is free....I guess if I like I'll look for the uncut someday. |

The game was already pirated a few days ago so all the stuff removed has been confirmed. |

Not only did they strip out any adult content, which in this case was actually relevant to the storyline in contrast to many others, they had to add/edit in their own concoctions to make the story coherent BECAUSE of removing it. At least they should have a chosen a game where it didn't matter much and could more or less be seen as 'add-ons'(for Japanese examples of such look up several PS3 adaptations of visual novels). That said I don't wish this type of censorship on any game... Only adult content? No, also cut out/altered pantsu, kisses, suggestive themes, probably a few more things... Add to that very bad editing (according to discussions based on screenshots leaked from the game). ...And yet they actually have the gall to use the above to claims, with a straight face, that they actually made the game 'better'. 
Ok, so what is this game's demographic? Not 12-year-old French girls (that's actually from the mouth of Fujisan, head of MoeNovel). Won't happen. They might get a few Vietnamese fans if some rumours are true though. But not anything like the ~15.000 likes on their facebook page, most of which appeared over a period of few days. Any self-respecting vn player shouldn't touch this bile of censorship even with a long stick. Stay away. Stay far away. |

Or rather...Stay away from the ALL-AGES Visual Novels, which they're mostly likely to be butchered.

Well many Hentai PC Visual Novels have been released on consoles and handhelds with the adult content removed and making them All-Ages versions and they still turn out pretty good. Though they always keep the kissing, sexual jokes, and so on type stuff uncensored or at least a little more tame. |

While I'm just as disgusted by the censorship done on this game as you all are....free is free. If I win I could just keep it as a collector's item anyways.

Hmm despite what everyone has told me I still want to get this VN so i can review it. I really hate they cut out so much content but I'm curious to see if the story still holds up.

I'm not really horrified that the H scenes were removed, since VNs have all-ages versions made all the time. Though it makes you wonder why they didn't just choose a VN that had an all ages version and release that...
But censoring kissing and stuff? They really think they needed to go that far to get a T rating? That's really too bad. I love visual novels and was really excited to see more get released here, but I won't be buying a butchered game. (...still won't stop me from accepting a free version, though.  )
