Whoa! KyoAni finally doing something that isn't their usual slice-of-life stuff? I haven't read the LN, but that trailer certainly looks interesting.

Reminds me of how Bakemonogatari started. High school guy can heal fast because he's a hybrid (Araragi is part vampire), girl about to jump from rooftop (Senjougahara fell from that ridiculously tall staircase) and she's got supernatural problems (crab problems).

Yeah I actually started LN on which this is based on on,and I have not read that much but it seems like typical LN fantasy title,with cynical high school boy who meets really strange girl and you know how it happens.I hope they change the story a lot in anime adaptation.

It's probably going to announce the staff, cast, and premiere date.
One hopes they do the same thing they did with Chuunibyou and not give it too much fidelity to the original source. |

 . Seriously though, if people don't like KyoAni then don't post on a KyoAni thread? Seems like it would be better for your stress levels that way. I, on the other hand can't wait to see what they pop up. I've loved everything they've ever released, moe or action. (Have not seen Free). I can't wait to see this.

OK. I'm really confused why people are confused about this. ANN did report about the fact that an anime is in the works for Kyokai no Kanata. However, "in the works" does not mean that it was completed, or even coming soon. The website has some kind of reveal coming. |
