The Niconico stream was not a stream of the movie.

It was a special program with Ghibli's Suzuki Toshio, NTV's Okuda Seiji, and Dwango's Kawakami Nobuo talking while watching the movie as it aired on TV. There was also an appearance by phone by Yokozawa Keiko.

It was not a stream of the movie, but something that you keep on at the same time as a supplement to watching it on TV, with everyone watching the movie together.
