Not hearing about where it'll stream....

I'm sure if they had good performance last time, they would already be announcing a Daisuki exclusive stream again, with a month delay for Crunchyroll, but given that they haven't makes me suspect they are mulling their streaming options over.

(And technically speaking CR really is superior)

Hopefully it goes to Crunchyroll on a non-delayed basis rather than Daisuki getting an "exclusive" to it.

Of course, there will always be fansubs if Daisuki is the only legal source.

I feel guilty now. I'm hoping it will suck now just because I don't want Aniplex to have another title I want but cannot afford ever

If they have it on their(Aniplex) streaming site, yea it'll be free.but some people just like to cry about how expensive anipelex releases their anime.it's funny.

I have to imagine Daisuki will want a true exclusive of a big new title one of these days. We'll have to see how long their plan of not interfering with CrunchyRoll keeps up.

I did'nt know streaming was as good as Blu ray when it comes to quality.

I can't speak for Daisuki but Crunchyroll does stream in 1080p which is Blu-Ray quality.

Looks interesting. Get ready for Imaishi hyperbole. I better make sure I get my eyes checked again before this show starts. This character designer, is it the same one that worked on Lagann?

Resolution is not the same as quality - a streaming service's bitrate is not comparable to that of a Blu-ray and the quality is nowhere near as good. Streaming is a substitute for a television airing, not a home video release.

No, Sushio is a key animator and he was the Animation Director for episode 15. Nishigori was the character designer (he also did PSG's designs). Sushio is one of my favorites and probably one of the best in general, so brace yourself for some epicness. With this being his first stint as Chief Animation Director, I know I'm excited.

1080p doesn't guarantee the same picture quality. I can be assured that a 500MB episode at 1080p won't look anything as good as that same episode at 6+GB. The bitrates are entirely different.

Thanks for sharing. Yeah, I've definitely seen this style before when I watched Gurren Lagann. Very fast, gritty and colorful at the same time. I wonder how his style would have looked on Kemonozume. Seems that this is the new blood for Gainax's crazy success. So yes, I now know what to expect. Looking forward to it. Wink

Thanks for sharing. Yeah, I've definitely seen this style before when I watched Gurren Lagann. Very fast, gritty and colorful at the same time. Seems he's got a lot of versatility on many other projects. That vid was just the tip. I checked of works he's done and I was surprised at some of the titles. I wonder how his style would have looked on Kemonozume. I enjoy stuff like this. There's a site called AniPages, that I follow sometimes and it's purpose is to keep track of various old and new with a list of works they've done. This is just what we need people dedicated to this sort of thing tracking animators and their portfolios in the business. Seems that this is the new blood for Gainax's crazy success. So yes, I now know what to expect. Looking forward to it. Wink
