Well that kinda stink for anyone that wanted to see this. Crying or Very sad

Well I hope the other anime films shown there will make up for it.

While I'm not remembering the title at the moment (and don't have the time to look), didn't the Waterloo Festival have to drop an anime film that was licensed by Funimation from the lineup some time in the last few years?

'Twas Shinkai's Hoshi o Ou Kodomo - Children Who Chase Lost Voices From Deep Below, and Sentai was the culprit there.

Stinks for filmgoers. With the Sentai title as well, it seems like maybe JP okays things for festivals and when negotiating a license with a US company they're totally ok with renigging on any prior stuff they ok'd.
