And in about a year from now, they will announce the lighter hearted date theme version of the scenario with a op song by Afilia Saga East.

There really would be Chaos if that were true. By the way, is this a sequel of sorts to Chaos;Head?

Seems like it's indeed the case. I guess that unanswered things which were left in Chaos;Head will be resolved in this game, despite the fact that it's a completely different cast/setting.

It is worth clarifying that "Chaos;HEAd Noah" is the upgraded console port of the original PC Chaos;Head game which the anime was based on.
