I'm not entirely digging the remixes for this game. Maybe I'm too used to the originals, but something doesn't seem... right with the music. Can't quite put my finger on it.
Also, another interesting thing is the fact the game is rated "C" (Ages 15 and up) in Japan. Personally, I find that rather peculiar, since I can't imagine what could have triggered the game to warrant a higher rating. The worst scene in Final Fantasy X-2 is the hot springs scene, which Rikku compares her breasts to Yuna and Paine, which the dialogue was slightly toned down for the American release. I'm wondering if that alone would have tipped off the higher rating...

So where are these stunning graphics? Because I see only upscale which I've seen years ago on the emulator.

I believe you will be able to download the Japanese dialogue option a week after the game is released.

Still waiting for a release date in America for the Vita version. The appeal to me is playing FFX/X-2 on a handheld since I already have them on PS2.

They show a comparison between an upscale and the FFX/X-2 HD and the latter looks a hell of a lot better.
