Megumi Nakajima is one of my top favorite voice actresses/singers. I'm sad I haven't seen her in many shows recently. I also regret not being able to see her in concert at Anime Expo 2010... I found out about AX a year after the concert happened.

I guess I'll never be able to see her perform live. Sad day for me.

I managed to see her at Animelo Summer Live 2013 day 2 but she only sang:

Sonna Kotoura no Mata Urabanashidesho? (Kotoura-san OP)
Arigatou (Tamayura ~More Aggresive~ ED)

It would have been good to hear her sing some Macross Frontier songs live.

It's just a hiatus. She'll be back for sure. She LOVES singing. She's actually been in a lot of shows this year too. The one that pops up instantly for me is Phi Brain as a minor character

She is fantastic. Over the last few years she's very quickly become one of my absolute favorite singers. Her voice is just so great. Plus we're both half Filipino

I hope she goes back. Indefinite hiatus has a bad ring to it. Nakajima is fantastic and I love pretty much all her songs whether is was an anime tie in or not. If she's just tired, then maybe she just needs a break.

May'n btw is getting really crazy. She looks more and more confident with every live/conert.

Sounds like a shotgun wedding (not uncommon in J-celebrities) or her music career is heading a dead end.

We'll never know for sure exactly what she'll be doing next, whether it's marriage, a new career move, or, given her mixed parentage, go back to her roots.

Whatever choices she'll make, I'll respect them.
