I'm glad Otomo's finally gotten props, but I keep waiting for them to give Satoshi Kon his due. Crying or Very sad Though the real significance is that Momo is the first full-length I.G. anime since GITS: Innocence which has awards prospects here. [Sky Crawlers didn't make it this far.] But Kick-Heart once again got snubbed.

Wow, I never knew Korra was partially animated by Studio Pierrot. You learn something new everyday. Very Happy

So Pierrot contributed to Legend of Kora, wow, didn't even know Japan still did some of our overseas work. Seems since the 2000s it's mostly Korean studios. Like DR Movie which I think did overseas work for the original Avatar series. Cool stuff.

You actually take this Dreamworks pandering shit seriously? Really? Come on, wake up. These awards mean as John Cena winning world titles. All credibility goes down the [expletive] toilet. It doesn't help that all the voice acting nominees are of American animation helping perpetuate the misconception that American animation has better voice acting than anime(it doesn't IMO), so that alone is enough to render the meaning of these awards meaningless.
