I'm pretty sure the description said it'd be streaming on Crunchyroll. That's probably the closest you'll get to a TV broadcast in the US.

Yes, that's what's been said for a while now. All signs say it's basically a recap movie with some new footage/story for a nice framing device.

Is it just me or does the guy Kirito is talking to in the 5th second of the comercial really looks like Kikuoka Seijirou, the guy who got kirito into GGO on the LN, just a thought but season two maybe?
