I wonder if it does get an Anglosphere release this could mean Kazé UK handles the UK market? I already have the R1 ADV and Geneon releases of "Classic", R, S and SuperS but I would happily upgrade if the masters were better than the ADV releases and the translations were better than the Geneon ones.

Cool. Does this mean France/Europe is getting Japan's remastered DVD releases from earlier in the 2000's?

France is not Europe. Twisted Evil
Italy has already published the first 4 seasons of Sailor Moon (and I think they used TOEI remastered video files).
The last one, Sailor Stars is due this year.

North America here: beyond jealous! I wait, while I see how well the manga topped the charts each week since they started releasing.

I'd love to see French discs get North American releases with English subs, preferably, but it's not gonna happen *sigh*

Talking about French anime, is Rose of Versailles still available in French?

Yes, if you search it on amazon.fr you'll find it is for sale and at a good price too.
