Pretty awesome character designs, I hope they remain equally awesome for the anime. Looking forward to more info on this Smile!

Interesting setting. I haven't played the games yet but looking forward to this.

Obviously Escha & Logy is not a title I have played as it's not out in English yet (well not obviously, I have imported games before, but I'll wait for the AUS release like all the others), but I feel it would be better to start with an adaptation of Ayesha first as it's the first of the Dusk/Twilight series even though I am confident they won't be that connected outside of the world itself and a few characters (heck, the Arland games were very tightly knit together but still stood alone very well). I wouldn't mind a series for Ayesha first though regardless, partially because I don't know enough about Escha & Logy to know if I'd prefer a series starring them, I just don't want the presence of a male lead to overshadow the female lead as every atelier title is VERY female prominent so as long as that doesn't happen I'm thrilled.

All that being said I am very excited for this assuming it doesn't end up like the Hyperdimension Neptunia anime. I am still holding out for the long-running in-depth 70%-80%+ faithful adaptation of all three Arland games (or just Totori) with a bankruptingly high-budget to make it 100% perfect but I have this tiny feeling that I'll be holding my breath and that I am perhaps being the slightest bit unreasonable. Wink

Totori adaptation would be great. I would kill for my Mimi x Totori ship to be animated. I feel like an Atelier title would be fairly difficult to adapt properly though. Taking Totori as an example and assuming true ending, there would be a lot of friendship scenes to adapt, even if they only take the most important ones. Seeing Evil Face or the Flaustraut animated would be very nice as well.

I enjoyed the one Atelier game that I played (what's not to love about a game where you can make chocolate muffins and explosives in the same alchemists pot?)

I'll definitely check out the anime
