Actually, there were at least THREE live action Kekko Kamen films made in the 90's! All of the films were really direct to video hentai releases. Each one featured a fully nude Kekko kamen (except for the mask, gloves and boots) kicking butt and finishing off the villain with a spread-eagle sparkly groin attack. The films were surreal to say the least. An example of some of this weirdness was a part where Kekko Kamen is asked out on a date by a music teacher she is in love with. The date is depicted as this montage of scenes of the two having fun at an amusement park and having dinner together, however, Kekko Kamen is still in costume (Naked execpt for the gloves, boots and mask)
