I am SO glad Yen Press is actually giving the Haruhi franchise a full treatment, not just with this release, but with every one before it. It is so rare that a light novel even gets licensed let alone released in the glorious way Yen Press is handing Haruhi and its light novels/manga.

Cool. I already have the Japanese version of Suzumiya Haruhi no Kyouen, but it will be nice to be able to read it before I am fluent. Still waiting for an English version of Nyoron Churuya-san, though....

It's cool that more anthologies are making it over. There are some official anthologies for a few items that Yen has, like Higurashi and Spice and Wolf, that I wouldn't mind seeing licensed.

I really want Nyoron Churuya-san, too. Besides Koizumi Itsuki-kun no Inbou (which hasn't gotten a collected volume yet) and that apparently crappy 2004 Haruhi oneshot, is Nyoron the only Haruhi manga that YP hasn't picked up?

Oh goody, I buy every scrap of Haruhi manga goodness I can get my fingers on. I enjoyed the Kyon x Koizumi anthology Yen Press released last year and am looking forward to more collections in that vein.

Though, I must admit that I'm a little melancholy myself that this won't be out in English until late October, a few weeks after I turn 40. Eh, it's just a number, I really don't feel like stopping enjoying reading high school-related manga just because I will have reached official "middle age".
