So basically what Bamboo Dong is saying is that it's just another vehicle to take the Shoujo Yuri Ai fan to their latest fix for their Lolicom. Should do well on Toonami without any need of editing then. Not Wink

No, she's not saying that right off hand...

Actually, she's seeing the problem with the series that most do. In fact, the only glaring problem is that it takes too long to grab the audience. Right around episode 9, it starts taking some twists and turns that make you completely re-evaluate the series and look at everything you've watched up to that point in a different light.

The problem then comes off in a couple of different ways. You have the fans who are impatient, who can't just sit back and let a story unfold at its own pace, and a series that doesn't give enough to its audience at the beginning to keep the viewers there by the time things get interesting. If Bamboo continues reviewing the series through the 4th DVD, I suspect that the overall take on the series will change in the long run.

But in the mean time enjoy the view, especially if you are a teenage virgin of whatever gender adrift in the Sea of Hormones, or have a secret craving for the same. Wink

That's another factor to consider... as the series progresses in seriousness, the fanservice seems to tone down.

I wish...wait until you see spoiler[Eclair's new body after her older one was killed.] All the fan service you need wrapped up in a neat little (very little material wise) package.

Well... true. But I meant as a rule of thumb, you will eventually get engrossed into story as not to notice so much. (I did say seem)

And up until that point in the series, it stays pretty low key. Sure, it flares up again for a moment, but then is lost again when the plot takes yet another twist.

I've already seen the whole thing, so now it's just a matter of buying it all as it comes out. And frankly, spoiler[I didn't like her new look. Her chest got too big at that point for my tastes.]
