This is awesome I have it on blu-ray myself and absolutely love this movie. It's a great story and really perfect even for people who don't watch anime.

Best disc? I dunno. If they said best movie then yeah.
I don't recall the disc being particularly exceptional though, I guess there were a reasonable selection of extras. It is hard to know what exactly they mean by 'Best Anime Disc'. EDIT: Just looked through their listings and do they have an inconsistent naming scheme. Some of the categories have just the genre, 'Best Action', some have genre 'on disc', and some just have the genre and 'Disc' like the Anime category. Yet it is not like they repeat genres so it is obvious they all mean simply best movie. |
