Frankly, I just hope there's yuri in it. I started this series for the yuri and even now that I'm completely caught up the ONLY APPEAL AT ALL this series has is that there's a lot of yuri. But now, there hasn't been any yuri at all in the last like three or four installments of the franchise. Seriously, yuri is the only appeal in this series. Even the fights are pretty meh, overall, aside from one or two good ones per season.

That could be argued. Tenjo Tenge went from 1997 to 2010, but Ikki Tousen went from 2000 til now.
Though from what I recall in the early Tenjo Tenge, it wasn't like clothes was ripping off from a few punches. Tough call.
