The no dating/sex/marriage policies many groups should be abolished by law and really who cares if it's adultery, let the people involved sort it out not the studio.

She is paid to be an idol, which is more than just someone who sings songs or dances. They are paid to maintain the image. If they are unwilling to do that, then they shouldn't have taken that job. It's like working in costume at Disneyland, if you can't maintain the kid friendly image then you are going to get fired. Why should Japan pass laws against it, when we in the U.S. do the same thing. When you are paid to maintain an image, well, you have to maintain that image, or find another job that is more to your liking. @IchigoKurosakiHollowfi Most certainly he is a douchebag. But based on what was said about him, his powers of charm, appear most magic like. |

And then we should pass laws that not only prohibit studios from firing people who make racist, sexist or otherwise offensive comments, but instead INSURE that those people have work. Because people in entertainment have every right to take money from a company whether they provide value or not. Idols are selling to a market with certain expectations, you don't need to be an "idol" to be an entertainer or even a singer/dancer. (As was previously mentioned, Disney has a BUNCH of restrictions it places on its employees) |

I can see the problem in that she violated a rule her group has, but I don't see it as her fault that the guy was married. As far as I'm concerned, it is on the married person to be honest about the situation.
