Is it actually uncensored this time? Not that it matters, I'm sure it'll only move 300 copies, if even that.

Uncensored is a tricky word to use with Basquash! It's certainly an odd series in that some of the fanservice was actually removed in the DVD/BD release, but at the same time others were added in, such as the removal of steam during the showering/bathing scenes. Odd how they'd remove some fanservice only to replace it with another kind. Hopefully the release is uncensored, as it's troublesome to have to go between the TV and BD rips if you want to see everything the show has to offer.
