This seriously needs to get an anime. Great great manga and the story is excellent. Sucks that it is ending, I wanted more.

This is so underrated in Japan. I really wanted an anime of this. Crying or Very sad But it's ended now so...the chances are even slimmer than before.

Oh??? I was under the impression it was fairly popular. The manga artist has like 14k+ twitter followers, the obi on all the mangas seems to always have super positive things to say about it's popularity if I remember correctly.

Yup, I don't know why you would say it's underrated. It's constantly on the best-seller list, and it won the Kodansha Awards.

Sales-wise, it never got to more than 50k or so per volume. Granted, getting 50k is a great thing itself but it never really became popular as say Ookami Shoujo or L-DK or Sukkite ii na yo.

I'd say Taiyou was superior to all these manga.

This was a very well written manga with a really good story that only makes you roll your eyes a few times. I really wish it would have gotten an anime adaptation, but the likelihood of that now that the manga is over is really slim.

I look forward to the spin-off.
