Episode 101 of the first anime series was about Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke trying to uncover what was under Kakashi's mask. Turns out he just wears a grey mask underneath.

I think we have enough detail that most already reconstructed his face so even if he did show his face, I doubt it would be a huge surprise

There'll be a Sharingan embedded in his tongue. The general rule in Naruto is that if someone is always concealing a part of their face, there's a Sharingan there. And it'll be the other Sharingan formerly belonging to Itachi's friend that can do Kotoamatsukami.
And it took me until last month to realize why Sanji always covers one of his eyes. |
