I've been reading the light novels for this and it's actually good imo in terms of story content. Just hoping they won't omit the important stuff and PV seems fine so far.

That CGI monster though is really ugly. Hopefully they don't have to use much CGI.

Looks really nice.

Sounds cool and quite promising. And Michiru Oshima doing the music? Hell yes.

Oh yeah, obviously they'll be pretty different from each other but I really liked this author's previous work, atleast in anime form, with Book of Bantorra.

Pretty cool designs including the fanservicey ones for the two cute main girls.
Adlet looks cool a bit like Luke from Tales of the Abyss, with a better outfit.
Maura looks great too as does her description, plus with that description she sorta seemingly reminds me a bit of Izumi from FMA, heh Smile

Cool that they are planning to dub the series as long as it does well.

Yeah, the coloring/shading on it made it look weird unless there's a reason for it took like that.

I like the visuals so far Smile

Sōma Saitō as Adlet

Damn, he kinda sounded like Ōsaka Ryōta when he said that first bit. And that PV's narrator sounded like Arslan Senki's narrator, Suzuki Eiichirō.

Best character designs that I've seen in a while honestly, they are just so clean, hell, even the girls that expose more skin don't really stand out that much, they look good but it doesn't feel like the fanservice is the main focus for their characters, everyone else looks really slick and their clothes just screams adventure, I like it a lot.

I like this fantasy shows, so I'll keep an eye on this one. It looks interesting. I'll agree that that CGI monster looked a bit weird, though.

Yeah that what I like so far. The designs are so well though out. I also like the whole old school premise it has going for it, with a bunch heroes going on a quest.

I'm looking forward to this. It has some nice looking animation and I really enjoy what the characters look like as well. Hoping it actually turns out decent!

I too enjoy the designs. I also like that they kind of kept it equivalent and gave some of the guys more revealing outfits as well. I thought it balanced it pretty nicely.

I agree. I've been complaining about that since the first PV. Otherwise the rest of it looks good.

I didn't notice this when I first saw it, but you're right. The character designs look really good. And I also like the balance of the genders.

Anyone want to start taking bets on who the fake is? (Please don't spoil if you've already read the LN).

EDIT: I just realized this was an LN adaptation. Good to see there're actually unique and good works being adapted.

Haven't read it but comparing the LN designs and the anime designs it almost seems like it'd be spoiler[Hans] since they are making spoiler[his] character more easygoing and relaxed as opposed to the LN designs, I don't know much about the story but I read spoiler[his] character synopsis and spoiler[he's a killer?] so maybe it's too obvious of a guess but they could be going for just that!

Well done. I am very excited for this title. Hope it lives up to the hype and does well enough to warrant a well-rounded release.

The PV gives the impression of a really promising show, I'm liking the character designs, they're interesting and very distinctive. The music sounds good too and I'm already sold on the premise (epic save the world adventure) hell yeah! Will definitely be giving this a go when it starts airing.

Agree about the CGI though, it just looks plain wrong. Shocked
