lol No. Are people counting filler seasons now? Your link proved my point(along with http://myanimelist.net/anime/6707/Kuroshitsuji_II). Plus, the original MAL description for BoC when it was created stated that it takes place after the Curry Contest(episode 15) of the 1st season before it was changed(that was important info) to what we see now.

The (filler) 2nd season is named Kuroshitsuji II [黒執事Ⅱ], and mentioned on the anime's official site as such. Book of Circus wasn't numbered, so if a new season will be made, it could be numbered '3'. The 2nd season may have been retconned, but the title is already out, and it'll be confusing if the producers will release a different season as II.
So for the better or the worst, II (at least its name) is here to stay.

1. I love you for this.
2. I dont even have to say anything now(Technically, I didn't have to reply at all, but I wanted to see how one would defend filler without helping me in the process).
3. One studio's goof for not seeing the future is another man's treasure(BoC is my II now, seeing as though I, and no one, will have to...need to watch that thing at all).
4. I hope you use your time wisely when re-watching II again.
