OMG! I thought this project was cancelled! Amazing it seems Toei Animation collaboration with international partners went well.

The PV is amazing! Love it!

I think the first PV was way better.

They decided to go with full CGi after showing this, from what I heard.

I guess it's to make it more international?

I've never been so excited for something, only to be so incredibly disappointed before the thing has even come out.

The 2D trailer looked fun and neat, but this CGI just looks ugly and bland.

The cg style is fine for me, that promo video song however is just... ugh.

Wait, Ladybug was created by Toei? Are you serious??? Shocked Shocked Shocked
I'd been hearing about this show from clips featured in last years Animation Magazine. I never followed up on it because I wanted to see if this would be a show to keep an eye on for possible acquisition. Glad to see it's coming to the states. I'll give it a look once I get a schedule.

I remember the 2d preview for this! But I hadn't heard anything before today so I put it in the back of my mind. Glad it's actually being made, but my dislike of CG stuff makes me wish we got what the first PV gave. Kinda looked like a cut scene from a game actually... maybe it's just the quality of the video.

SOLD!!! Though the original 2D-style would have been great as well.

I remember this from when it was 2D. Liked that better. This CGi looks bland and way too shiny. A pity, the original PV was amazing. I guess they wanted to make it more international and less Japanese.

The first PV of Miraculous Ladybug that's in 2D looks much more attractive and expressive than the much more recent GCI one. Had the show been presented in its initial hand-drawn 2D format, I would've been excited, but now that the GCI version is on its way here, I'm very less interested in watching it.

This looks interesting. The 2D animation video looked great, but I think the CGI looks fine as well. It certainly didn't look lazy cheaply done like a lot of other CGI animated shows.

I can do without Cristina Vee and Bryce Papenbrook singing, though. I don't mind their voice acting, but man that song was bad.

But that's why it's sellable to world broadcasters like Nickelodeon; they're not looking for waifus

Nickelodeon? No, all they care about is cramming stupidity down kids' throats so they make an easy profit.

I thought the CGI was pretty impressive for a TV production. Marketing-wise, this was probably the better decision. Nickelodeon wouldn't have picked it up if it didn't look like their other shows.
