Thank goodness Capcom decided to address the online issues before they got any worse. I'll take a delay over a buggy, unfinished product any day.

Good call. This is a beta test in action, and I'm glad it happened as it's allowed Capcom to discover a fatal flaw in the game.
So many people seem to think a beta test is "I get to play the game early" and forget about the "test" part of the phrase.

Necessary sacrifice to ensure that'll you be able to play the retail version online with little or no issues.

It's a fighting game, there will be plenty of issues with the online regardless.

Well yeah but there's a difference between your game being mostly playable online and being King Of Fighters 13.
