Bree Sharp sings indie rock. The song she's best known for is called "Cheap and Evil Girl" and made its mark in the cult HBO hit G-String Divas during the Lap Dancing 101 episode. This is not by far her best work, and I'm excited to hear her take on the MewMew stuff.

I wouldn't call an appearance in a practically nonexistant HBO series "making a mark" of any kind. This is 4Kids getting some no-name to sing for Mew Mew, which is called "saving money" in some circles. Why this is even news is alien to me. |

Just watched the preview on the FoXBoX website for Mew Mew Power, the song just doesn't seem like it goes with the anime, although I've never seen the anime.
