They speak as if these characters, aside from Lala, show up more than once.

In regards to the characters mentioned in the article, they all do in fact come up more than once. Though this is the manga i'm talking about - so maybe this is hope for another season, when there is more chapters of the manga for them to adapt.

Clearly she develops over the story of her chapter/episode.

Either that or voice actors are getting really sarcastic these days.

Yes, in To-Love Ru Darkess. For this Draco character, I don't know if "handsome" (Even if that is the literal translation) is the right for her. I think "sexy", "cute", "hot","beautiful" or the like would be better.

There is a very understandable reason why this word is used but I'll assume you haven't read the manga and hope you enjoy the episodes to come if you don't want spoilers I guess.

I feel like voice actors should at least read the chapters of mangas that their characters star in (of course I know they don't have time for it so they wouldn't) because honestly it just sounds like they were told to say some random nice thing about their character without actually having main knowledge about them.

Also I know this is a harem guys but come on, not every monster girl is gonna land a spot in Kurusu's house, like geez, side characters ARE a thing.
