Should change the name of this show to: My Abuser, My Lover.

The show that teaches young men to forcibly grab the woman they want and kiss them against their will. Pin them against the wall to show how much you want them.

Guess the manga is probably the same way. Well, at least for the girl, the bad boy is not sucking her blood. Maybe, some sort of consolation.
