Wish it was subbed through. Kojima's list is extremely interesting and I would love to hear his take on films like Straight Outta Compton, Kingsman and Whiplash

Actually, it is. You just have to enable it on YT and you're good to go.

An honest man, you'd think having the honor of a shout-out in a Star Wars film would make you more lenient to put it higher up on the list. Most of the other movies I wasn't impressed by.

Nightcrawler was actually a 2014 film though I see it came out in Japan in 2015. Still an excellent film, it was 2nd favorite of 2014 after Gone Girl.

Jesus, THAT many times? o.o

He really did want to escape from Konami a lot even if it was just for 90 mins/2 hours at a time....

Damn. I consider myself a fan of movies, but I haven't even been to the theater 10 times in the last year. Just too much stuff to do and see. I can't imagine going over 100 times! That's twice a week! Shocked

He surely gets a lot of spotlights ever since he left Konami. Kojima this, Kojima that. It's a good thing. I wish this homage gets him a better position in the industry, unlike poor Hironobu Sakaguchi.

Totally called Mad Max Fury Road being Kojima's #1 pick but I didn't think that he would have The Force Awakens on the list since it didn't come out until mid December. Confused
