Studio Colorido's anime shorts are always fun to watch and full of energy Very Happy It's a shame though that it is used to promote a factory of death like McDonald's:

I guess they don't care what the theme of the commercial is as long as they get paid for it which is truly unfortunate. Crying or Very sad

The sad fact is that working a McDonalds is far better than working in the idol industry and you get treated like a human being instead of nothing more than an object of desire that can't be happy under penalty of death or the more usual fate worse than death by fans and managers.

I love watching the different versions depicting the various Japanese accents. It is nice to compare how people interact with others no matter what country or region they are from. Surprised

The differing versions of McDonald's [of Japan's] anime commercial are fun to watch, even if their food isn't the best in the world.

Agreed!

I loved Yokoyama Yui using her Kansai-ben in one of the clips (it sounds really different compared to regular Japanese), but a lot of the girls in Team 8 are from certain regions where they have distinct accents, so it's nice to hear them here.

It's actually a trick McD been using for quite sometime, localization to encourage customers. Even in the US, if you take a good look, no two McD is the same. There might be similarities with the common menu items, but never the same.

I liked this commercial. I thought it was cute. I hope that the studio that made it would do something similar for the American market. I'd love to see that.

I look forward to the day when they produce a commercial that celebrates the demise of McDonald's and other fascist organisations that commit crimes against humanity on a daily basis.

And, yes, I agree that the idol industry is nothing but a white slavery outfit.

So I take it,you're not a fan of McDonald's eh,Harima? Well,to me,they make great French fries, and I love French fries so I doubt we're going to see eye to eye on this subject. "Fascist organization?" I've also got the feeling that your definition of fascism is going to be different from mine. Either that or you're joking, which I have sincere doubts about.

Ah, the Social Justice Warriors are out.

Cute commercial. Ran a 10K yesterday, set a new personal record, then went to McD's to celebrate.
