Still waiting anxiously to see new Yū Yū Hakusho episodes? Well, the wait's over. Anime News Network and FUNimation are giving out 25 copies of "Yoko Kurama," the latest YYH DVD hot off the shelves. Each disc has three episodes, completely uncut, with both Japanese and English dialogue. The best part: these are brand new episodes never before seen on North American TV.

Want to know more? FUNimation's provided readers with a summary of the disc:

The long awaited Finals of the Dark Tournament have arrived! It's Team Urameshi against arch-rivals Team Toguro in a winner-take-all battle where the penalty for losing is certain death!

In a stunning development, both owners of the rival teams declare themselves eligible to fight. Kurama hopes that this won't be necessary as he transforms into the powerful Yoko Kurama, but when Karasu counters Yoko's best attack, the half-human hero finds himself drained of all his spirit energy! Is this the end of Kurama?

If this disc is piqueing your interest, now's definitely the time to act. All you have to do is get creative.

Rules of the contest:

Think you have what it takes to beat Team Urameshi? Prove it by designing your own demon. Entrants must submit the following information about their character:
  • Name

  • Special attacks

  • Brief blurb about the demon—e.g. background, history, newspaper personal ad—whatever, just be creative!

  • Sketch of the character. It doesn't have to be anything elaborate. Heck, even a napkin doodle would work fine. Just give us a rough idea of what it looks like.
Send your entries and any questions to yyh (at animenewsnetwork.com). We'll choose ten of our favorites, and fifteen other winners will be randomly selected. The contest will end on September 15th at midnight, Eastern time. Winners will be announced before the 18th.

The Fine Print: Anime News Network reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time (Unlikely to happen). Contest is open to any and all residents of the planet Earth and neighbour parallel dimensions, however prizes will only be shipped within the continental United States and Canada (So if you win, but you live in Antarctica, you have to arrange to have it sent to someone living in the appropriate area, and they can send it to you.) Contestant names, e-mail and mailing addresses will not be given out to any one and will be erased when the winners have been confirmed. Non-winners will not be contacted, spammed or harassed in any way. We reserve the right to retroactively add new rules when and how we see fit.
