Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's 1st Season Will Ship on DVD in January

4K Media announced on Tuesday that Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Season One will ship in January. The DVD will feature the English dub only.
The series premiered in the U.S. on TheCW4Kids programming block in September 2008 after an April 2008 Japanese premiere. Viz licensed the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's manga in 2010, and began serializing it in the English Weekly Shonen Jump digital magazine in 2011.
The story takes place several decades after the adventures of Yūgi from the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series. The new main lead, Yūsei, competes in an evolved Turbo Duel (Riding Duel) version of the card tournaments with Duel Runner (D-Wheel) motorcycles.
Cinedigm shipped the Yu-Gi-Oh! full-length film Bonds Beyond Time and The Yu-Gi-Oh! Classic: The Complete Set on DVD and Blu-ray on July 15.
