posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins

NIS America announced on Saturday that it is delaying its North American release of Spike Chunsoft's Grand Kingdom PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita game one week from June 21 to June 28, "due to a mix-up in [NISA's] packing facility which requires disassembling and reassembling the product." The game will still ship in Europe on June 17.

The company additionally announced that it won't release the game's PS4 LiteDEMO until the game's launch in North America and Europe "due to an unforeseen technical issue with the preorder." The game's PS Vita LiteDEMO is currently available.

NIS America also noted that there was a manufacturing error with the Europe Limited Edition of the game, and Limited Editions were packed with a five-track sample soundtrack instead of the full 15-track soundtrack. Those who received the incorrect disc can get a disc replacement here.

NISA will extending its one-time free download period for the launch day Lord's Set DLC until July 28 in North America.

Spike Chunsoft released the game in Japan last November. NISA's release will feature both English and Japanese voice tracks.
