Dark Souls III Will Have 'Major Announcement' on August 24

The official Twitter account for Bandai Namco Entertainment's Dark Souls game series announced on Wednesday that Dark Souls III will have a "major announcement" on August 24.

Dark Souls III launched in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 12. The game set Bandai Namco Entertainment's record for most successful day-one sales, and Bandai Namco Entertainment America's record for fastest-selling game.
