Saint Seiya Franchise Has 'Important Announcement' on December 19

The December issue of Akita Shoten's Champion RED magazine revealed on Saturday that the magazine's January issue, which ships on December 19, will have an "important announcement" for Masami Kurumada's Saint Seiya franchise. The magazine teased that the 30th anniversary of the franchise is "approaching its climax."
The issue will also feature a Saint Seiya 2017 character calendar as well as "special guests" Shiori Teshirogi (Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas - Meiō Shinwa) and Megumu Okada (Saint Seiya Episode.G).
The magazine is currently serializing Kurumada and Chimaki Kuori's Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō manga.
