Koei Tecmo Trademarks 'Seiken Musou' Title

A trademark for "Seiken Musou" was filed under Koei Tecmo's name on March 15 and made public on Tuesday.
"Seiken" is Japanese for "holy sword." The Musou game series is the Japanese title of Koei Tecmo's Warriors game series, which includes Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors, and other spinoffs related to other properties such as Berserk, Dragon Quest, The Legend of Zelda, and more.
In Japan, the upcoming Warner Bros. film King Arthur: Legend of the Sword by director Guy Ritchie is titled King Arthur: Seiken Musō.
Square Enix's Mana game series is also titled Seiken Densetsu in Japan.
