Nintendo, Creatures, Inc., and GAME FREAK filed a trademark for "Ultra Shiny" in Japan on March 29, and it was made public on April 17. No further details are known about the name.
Nintendo, Creatures, Inc., and GAME FREAK are all involved in the Pokémon franchise and are the parent companies and shareholders of The Pokémon Company.
