Okami HD Game's Switch Version Slated for August 9 in Japan, West

The official English Twitter account for CAPCOM's Okami game, and the official Japanese website for the game, both announced on Wednesday that Okami HD, an updated version of the game, will launch for the Nintendo Switch in both Japan and the West on August 9.
Okami HD previously launched for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in Japan, North America, and Europe last December. The new version offers 4K support for PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, and supported PC hardware.
The original game shipped in Japan in 2006. The game's director Hideki Kamiya commented for the 10th anniversary in 2016 that he would like to make a sequel.
