'Star Twinkle Precure' Trademark Filed

The Japan Patent Office reported an October 5 filing for a trademark on a "Star Twinkle Precure" logo for various goods on Tuesday.
The currently airing Precure (Pretty Cure) series, Hugtto! Precure, had its logo filed for trademark protection in September 2017 before it premiered on February 4. The titles for some of the earlier Pretty Cure magical girl anime series were also found through similar trademark filings during this time of the year.
The Eiga Hugtto! Precure ♡ Futari wa Precure All Stars Memories film will open on October 27 in Japan.
Futari wa Precure is streaming with English subtitles on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Tubi TV. Saban Brands localized two other Precure series — Smile Precure! and Dokidoki! Precure — under the titles Glitter Force and Glitter Force Doki Doki and released them on Netflix. The Glitter Force brand has since moved to Hasbro.
