Trivia:

The Ending theme song for the series first appeared in Natsu no Arashi as a piece of background music during episode 2.Not coincidentally, both series were helmed by Akiyuki Shinbo at the studio SHAFT

The ending theme song of this series is a cover of the 1972 song of the same name by Linda Yamamoto.

In episode 2, when Kanako is fantasizing about having her own maids, the maids are characters from IS (Infinite Stratos).

In episode 2's omake at 23:32, the Shogun has the Hatsune Miku figure on his desk. Alongside her are the Kagamine twins, Rin and Len, Nendoroid figures. All three are long discontinued Good Smile Company products.

In episode 2, the one character in the moe card game at the end that is obviously an outlier is from Hatenkou Yuugi, Minari Endoh's most popular series (also, the inclusion of strange card games is also from Hatenkou Yuugi, such as Surname Poker). He is the imagined version of what the main character Rahzel would like to be, because he is strong and muscular. Of course, Alzeid and the others are always against that.

In episode 3, once again, Rahzel's muscle man hero appears as one of the "odd" chefs that Kanako imagines.

In episode 4, Kyubey, from the Madoka Magica series, can be seen in the bottom left corner at around 13:31.

In episode 5 around 21:10 the masked character with a berret on the DVD box set of 'Legend of Japanese Heroes' is Yang Wenli from Legend of Galactic Heroes

In episode 8 around 11:30, the car is a referance to the AE86 Trueno from Initial D.
