Trivia:
Voice actors for Miyu Kozuki and Kanata Saionji (Kaori Nazuka and Yuko Sanpei) were actual middle school students during the time of recording; the two performed together again in Eureka Seven.
The first ending theme, "Boy Meets Girl," is in fact a well-known 1994 song by TRF, remixed for this anime series in 2000.
The scene in the first episode where Miyu and Kanata have unexpected encounter is a parody of Ranma 1/2.
