In ep 6 at 4:35 there is a Cased Close reference when Mayoi Hachikuji says "The body of a child and the brains of an adult" while wearing glasses.
In ep 10 at 4:13 Tsukihi Araragi is eating a mini tub of Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream.
In ep 3 at about 10:16, when Koyomi Araragi slides his bike to stop is the exact same way that way Shôtarô Kaneda from the movie Akira slid his bike to stop.
In episode 1, around 14:43, Araragi is making a reference to Read or Die
In Episode 1, Hachikuji Mayoi called Araragi-kun with the name "Yomiko". It came from "Yomiko Readman" from the anime "Read or Die", hence the paper airplane bit ("Yomiko Readman" can control paper and create objects like e.g. Paper Airplanes), along with Araragi Koyomi`s description of "Yomiko Readman"s house and her allegiance with the British Library.
In episode 9, at around 19:25 where Koyomi Araragi turns into a someone else after being responded back by Mayoi Hachikuji about taking a chance on on her future self. The man who he turns into is Osamu Dazai who wrote "No Longer Human" which Nozomu Itoshiki from So long, Mr. Despair is loosely based of of who Hiroshi Kamiya happens to voice as well.
