In ep 4 at 2:28-2:33 it could be a reference to the Youtube like Japanese site where users type live comments directly onto the video they are watching at that moment.
In ep 11 at 1:10 Madoka is cosplaying as Sailor Moon at the masquerade ball.
In ep 11 at 4:24 Madoka says Madoka Prism Power, Make Up while she is cosplaying as Salior Moon the classic Sailor Moon catch phrase being Moon Prism Power, Make Up.
In episode 1, while inside the infirmary Aya's attempting to steal Konatsu's panty then all of a sudden she imagined she's chasing Aya on a garden full of flowers then she mentioned a flower called "Rafflesia". In contrast to her imagination that flower is not a garden flower but a parasitic giant flower which found from South East Asia. It's also called "Corpse Flower" because of it's foul odor.
