Plot Summary: Five years have passed since the final battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons in Chicago. The U.S. government has declared the surviving Autobots as fugitives. A group of scientists discover the metallic composition of the Transformers and use the technology in the government's quest to exterminate all Transformers on Earth. Meanwhile, in Texas, cash-strapped inventor Cade Yeager and his daughter Tessa discover that a run-down truck they purchased for parts is an injured Optimus Prime. It is not too long before an elite CIA division and the robot bounty hunter Lockdown arrive to hunt down Optimus and his new human allies.
