In ep 1 at 4:53 there is a parody of Hana yori dango by having the sextuplets be heirs and calling them the F6 instead of the F4.
In ep 1 at 9:21 Matsuno Todomatsu holds volume 5 of aka haru ride (red spring ride) a parody of ao haru ride (blue spring ride).
In ep 1 at 14:00-14:20 they parody sports anime by having the sextuplets dressed as the main characters from Haikyuu!!, Kuroko no Basuke, Yowamushi Pedal.
In ep 1 at 14:29-14:34 they parody Love Live! School idol project such as dressing as Honoka Kōsaka.
In ep 1 at 15:13-17:17 they parody Attack on Titan. Their school even is enclosed in a wall and the background mimics that of the anime.
In ep 1 at 17:00-17:09 more main character parodies appear from franchises such as Naruto, Bleach, Assassination Classroom, Sailor Moon, Dragonball Z, Pokemon, Totoro, and Street Fighter. At 17:37 they are now in black and white. Doraemon has been added.
The second part of episode 2 parodies Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) by calling it Osomatsu no Yūutsu.
In episode 18, the title card for the show if Ichimatsu (一松さん) were the main character is a reference to Ikkyū-san. (一休さん)
