Plot Summary:
Ryo Saeba (aka the City Hunter), is a private detective and a big womanizer. Ryo's hired to find Shizuko, the beautiful daughter of a publishing tycoon, much to the dismay of his sidekick Kaori. After tracking the young woman down on a cruise ship, Ryo seems more concerned with romancing Shizuko then getting her home to her father. The City Hunter's plans go astray when the ship is hijacked by criminals. Ryo and friends must fight to save the passengers, as well as themselves.
